Beyond the clouds, behind the rain

Continuing to use my new sets, I made a card with the Movers and Shakers sentiments and Pretty Peonies images.  I took a dark chocolate piece of cardstock and repeatedly stamped the solid from Pretty Peonies in Versamark and then sprinkled on Zing embossing powder in Blush.  I heat embossed and then added a piece of PTI's sweet blush cardstock from my sampler pack.  I stamped a sentiment from the Movers and Shakers set with Jenni Bowlin brown sugar ink.  I debossed the strip with the linen impression plate - subtle but pretty.
I just love this sentiment; a nice uplifting one for someone who needs a hug.

Supplies:
Paper: Gina K chocolate, PTI sweet blush
Stamps: PTI Movers and Shakers, Pretty Peonies
Ink: Jenni Bowlin brown sugar, Versamark
Misc: PTI linen impression plate,  Zing blush embossing powder

Love your card! After seeing it, I think it's time to invest in embossing powder!

I am fairly certain that I haven't ever seen Pretty Peonies look as good as it does on your card. I agree, the sentiment is the perfect warm & Fuzzt. The use of the L&C IP is wonderful here as well. Wonderful work.

Jen, you are so sweet! Kanani, I highly recommend clear and white and then some metallics. You can see how you like them and then get some colours from there.

Wow! love all the elements in your card - wet embossing, debossing, colors. Totally CASE-worthy!
