I'm Dreaming of a {Red and White} Christmas Challenge!!

I have always loved checking out the Passion for Papertrey posts.  There are not only fun challenges but great ideas for our loved PTI sets!  The ladies are super talented and always give me fabulous inspiration.  This challenge of red and white was right up my alley as I am madly trying to get my holiday cards done.  So here is a simple card I made:
I cut out the damask snowflake with some patterned paper and then stamped the larger Holiday lights sentiment.  I popped it up on foam dots and adhered a piece of silk red ribbon.  Super simple!  Now I kinda wish I had embossed the white layer but oh, well ... maybe next time! :)
** Edited to add: I was lucky enough to get a shout out from Passion for Papertrey and was chosen as one of the three Passionistas - thanks so much! :)

Supplies:
Paper: Staples 110lb white, Noel patterned paper
Stamps: PTI Holiday :Lights
Ink: Jenni Bowlin fountain pen
Misc: PTI Damask Snowflake, red silk ribbon, foam dots
