Hard to believe, but my parents have been married for 49 years! I decided to make an anniversary card using this week's MIM - Perfect Pearls. I used my Metallics set and Papertrey's Natural Beauties set. I did various colours using all four shades with the larger flowers being multicoloured.
I added my colours and then stamped the Versamark ink lined stamp over top to take off some of the powder for a different effect. Nichole demonstrates this in her video and it made me think it would look really cool and subtle with this set. (It would also look great with Turning a New Leaf and the second layer set or Rosie Posie and Rosie Posie's companion set ....
The picture above shows the sheen a little bit better but Perfect Pearls are not always that easy to capture, especially for an amateur like me! :)
Have you tried Perfect Pearls yet? Any cool techniques that you have tried? I'd love to hear!
Supplies:
Paper: Staples 110lb white, PTI Ocean Tides
Stamps: PTI Think Big, Natural Beauties
Ink: Versamark
Misc: Ellen Hutson iridescent sequins, Etsy silver sequins, foam dots

Beautiful card!!!!! Love the sheen of these metallics! And your card is so lovely - especially for their 49th anniversary! My parents celebrated their 50th this year! Such a wonderful thing! Congratulations to them!
