In Bloom and Faux Ribbon Inspiration!

I just received these two sets and was so excited to put them to work.  Here's what I made.  I started off by stamping one of the faux ribbons in Frost White ink and then layered a chalk ink stamped In Bloom flower which I cut out with my handy dandy detail scissors.  I stamped the sentiment in the same white ink and then popped up the flower on some foam dots :

I used some liquid pearls white opal in the centre to add some sparkle.  I then stamped one of the smaller flowers from In Bloom on the inside of the card for some added detail in white:
It might be hard to see but there is a little white flower on the inner bottom right corner.  Promise!  The saying is from a fabulous set of sentiments called Everyday Sayings by Hero Arts.  It is filled with great sentiments to use for all sorts of occasions.

Supplies:
Paper: Turquoise Sea Gina K Pure Luxury, Hero Arts layering paper
Stamps: Hero Arts Everyday Sayings, PTI In Bloom, Faux Ribbon
Misc: Liquid Pearls white opal , detail scissors, foam dots
Ink: Colorbox Charcoal Chalk Ink, Colorbox Frost White Ink

Ooh - I love those stamps! I use the chalk inks too - aren't they great?

Killer colors! The chalk inks are fun. Love their finish. Works well on bold colred C/S. Nice.

Love it! So glad you could give Faux Ribbon the love I couldn't. Love the colors you chose. I am considering chalk inks and it is nice to see them in action.

Just beautiful! I love the fact that you put the little flower on the inside. I've really been trying to give the inside of my cards some love, too.
